Puffs and Spicy Potato
Description:- We love to have crispy and spicy food. Puffs or Khaste and spicy aloo is one of the most selling street food in India. So here is an easy lip smacking recipe to it.
Ingredients:- white flour (Maida), Potato, Tomato, Cooking oil, Salt, Garam masala, Coriander masala, Red chilies powder, Amchur powder, Coriander, Green chilies, Onion, Tamarind, Garlic , Ginger, Black pepper powder, Shauf.
Recipe:-
For Spicy Aloo-
•Heat oil in kadai add jeera Hing to it and then add chopped potatoes without peeling off and fry them a little.
•Add salt, Garam masala, Coriander masala, Red chilies powder, amchur powder, black pepper powder all one tablespoon accept black pepper powder that will be only one teaspoon. Mix them all gently.
•Cover them with a lid and cook them until potatoes get soft in texture.
•Add green chilies and coriander. Spicy aloo is ready.
For making crunchy Puffs or khasate-
•Make a neither too soft nor too tight dough of 1/2 kg Maida 5 tablespoon cooking oil and water and allow it to rest for 20-25 mins.
•You can fill puff purri with puff masala.
•Make small round purri shape flaps and fry them until they turn crisp. Puffs or Khasta are ready.
Green chutney-
•Grind 50gm coriander, half ginger, 2-3 garlic ,sticks 2-3 green chilies, salt, jeera, 1 tomato and half onion until they turn into a paste.
•Your chutney is ready.
Tamarind Chutney-
•Firstly take the pulp of tamarind by sowing in water for 2-3 hours.
•Now boil the pulp with jaggery until the jaggery melts.
•Add Shauf and black pepper and cool the chutney. Your Mithi chutney is ready.
Serve spicy potato , crunchy Khaste , green chutney, Mithi chutney or Tamarind chutney and onions together and enjoy with your family and friends.
