Festival Thali

 Description:- Festival comes with variety of food. So here is an easy recipe to it


Ingredients:- Paneer, kaddu, , Onion, Tomato, Garlic, Ginger, Green pea, Khoya Wheat flour, Red chilies powder, Garam masala, Coriander powder, Meethi, Imli, Jeera, Hing, Turmeric, Amchur, Imli, Black pepper, Salt, Green chilies, Coriander.



Recipe:-
Matar khoya Paneer-
•Heat oil in pan add jeera hing to it then add grinded fried onion paste and whisk and little.
•Add salt, black pepper, Red chilies powder, Garam masala, Coriander powder and mix them all.
•Add tomato puree to it and cook.
•Then add khoya and mix it. Add boiled green peas and cook for a while.
•Add cream and fry paneer cubes and cook.
•Garnish with coriander and matter khoya paneer is ready.

Khatta Meetha Kaddu or Pumpkin sabzi:-
• Heat Mustard oil in pan add jeera , Hing, meethi to it.
• Then add block shaped chopped kaddu and cook for a while.
• Add salt, black pepper, Red chilies powder, Garam masala, Coriander powder and mix them all.
• Cover it with a lid and cook until soft.
• Now add amchur and imli to it and cook for some time until imli binds in kaddu.
• Garnish with coriander and kaddu is ready.

Kale channe or Black Chickpeas-
• Sow channa in water for 5-7 hours. Drain out water keep a side.
• Boil them until soft.
• Heat oil in pan add jeera and Hing to it and add boiled channa
• Then add salt, black pepper, Red chilies powder, Garam masala, Coriander powder and mix them all. Cook for while and channa are ready.

Kachori:-
• Make a dough of wheat flour, kachori masala, oil, salt and water.
• Add make crispy kachori out of it.

Serve Khoya Matter Paneer, kaddu, Kale channe, Salad, Rice, Papad, Kachori and enjoy with your family.
