Ingredients:- Rajma, Rice, Salt, Chole masala, Bay leaf, black pepper, Tomatoes, Onion, Green peas, Red chilies powder, Cloves, Garam masala, Coriander masala, Garlic, Ginger, Jeera, Hing, Cooking oil.
Recipe:-
•Sow rajma in water for 6-7 hours. After 6-7 hours drain out water and keep rajma aside.
•Then boil the rajma until soft.
•Heat oil in pan add jeera and Hing to it.
•Then add two big size chopped onions and fry them until golden brown in color.
•Then add ginger garlic paste to it and cook for a while until paste gets brown in color.
•Then add bay leaf and black pepper powder to it.
•Then add 2 big tomato grinded puree to it and cook for a while.
•Add 2 table spoon chole masala, 2 tea spoon red chilies powder, garam masala, coriander masala, salt (as per taste) and mix them all gently.
•Now add boiled rajma to it and mix well and cook for a while.
•Add some water as per the consistency you like and cook for 7-9 mins. And your rajma is ready to serve.
Jeera Rice:-
• sow rice in water for 30-35 mins.
• In a cooker add 2 tablespoon ghee add jeera ,bay leaf,2-3 cloves and black pepper and add the rice along with water and add salt as per taste.
• You can add green peas also if you want.
• Boil or cook the rice until the rice get softs.
Garnish Rajma and rice together with coriander and serve hot. Hope you will enjoy the recipe with your family.
