 Nutri Gravy


Description:- Nutri Gravy is one of the most loved food in Punjab, Haryana, Hyderabad and many other cities. It is very rich is proteins and good for health. Craving for your favorite Nutri gravy then try this easy recipe of Soya chunks Gravy or Nutri gravy in this lockdown.

Ingredients:- Onion, Green chilies, Cashew, Tomatoes, Coriander, Nutri nuggets or Soya chunks, Black pepper powder, Biryani masala, Red chilies powder, Garam masala, Coriander masala, Bay leaves, Ilachi, Cloves, Salt, Kashuri Methi, Hing, Jeera, Cooking oil.

Recipe:-
• Heat oil in pan and fry 1 and 1/2 sliced onions in it. Fry until brown in color.
• Then cool the fried onion and make a paste of it by adding 7-8 cashews in it and make a thick batter and keep a side.
• Then grind 1 tomato keep a side.
• Then grind garlic and ginger and keep a side.
• Boil water add soya chunks to it and boil for 3-4 mins or until soft. Now drain out water from them and keep aside.
• Now heat oil in pan add jeera Hing on it then add bay leaves, ilachi, cloves and fry a little.
• Then add ginger garlic paste and cook for 1-2 mins.
• Then add Onion cashew paste to it and cook for 2-3 mins.
• Then add tomato puree to it add cook for 2-3 mins.
• Then add salt as per taste.
• Then add 1 tea spoon Black pepper powder, Biryani masala, Red chilies powder, Garam masala, Coriander masala and cook well.
• Then add soya chunks and mix well.
• Your Nutri Gravy or Soya chunks gravy is ready to serve. Garnish with kashuri Methi and coriander and serve hot.
