Description:- The joy of festival's has its own beauty so sad at Ramadan and craving for Sewayi. So prepare Sewayi at home using this easy recipe.

Do you know:- Sewayi is traditional sweet made in Eid like gujiya on Holi.



Ingredients:- Milk, Ghee, Sewayi, Dry fruits, Kesar (optional), Cardamom or Ilachi, Sugar.

Recipes:-
•Fry 2-2.5 cup Sewayi in ghee until they turn crispy and golden brown in color.
•Boil 1 l full cream milk until it turn creamy and thick in texture for 6 bowl Sewayi.
•Add Sewayi to it and stir properly.
•Then add 5-6 strands of Kesar, 2-3 ilachi, chopped dry fruits to it.
•Turn off the flame and after 2-3 mins add sugar as per taste.
•Either serve hot or by chilling in refrigerator for better taste.
