Description:- Mango the king of fruits is loved by all ages of people. Making mango enrich in pudding is not just fun but a yummy recipe also. As sweets are loved my everyone here is a new tasty sweet dish recipe of Mango Custard Pudding.

Ingredients:- Mango, Custard powder, Bread, Sugar, Milk, water.

Recipe:-
• To caramelize sugar heat pan add take 1/4 cup sugar and 2 table spoon water and caramelize it until thick texture.
• Set the caramelized sugar in pudding tin.
• Now take 5 breads remove the edges.
• Now grind the bread to make fine mixture and keep a side.
• Now make mango pulp by grinding mango in mixer.
• Then boil 2 glass milk in pan.
• Now add mango pulp and whisk until it gets mix.
• Then add custard mixture ( 2 tablespoon custard in one tablespoon water) in milk and whisk properly.
• Then add spoon by spoon bread crumps and whisk and repeat.
• Whisk the mixer until thick consistency.
• Then on caramelized sugar added tin add pudding mixture
• Then in a pan set steam apparatus and keep the pudding tin and cook for 30 mins.
• Then take out the pudding once it cools down in a plate and serve well.
