Do you know:- Dal Makhani is known as King of all Dal's.
Ingredients:- 200gm kali black urad dal, 50gms rajma, Tomato puree, Garlic ginger paste, Cream, Milk , Butter, Salt, Red chilies powder, Turmeric Powder.
Recipe:-
• Sow full piece urad dal and rajma in water for 4-5 hours.
• After 4-5 hours now cook urad dal and rajma in cooker in water and by adding salt, jeera and turmeric and cook until 2-3 vessels so that dal gets soft.
• Now add homemade tomato puree and mix gently.
• Now add ginger garlic paste it the dal and mix well.
• Add red chilies powder and black pepper half tea spoon and cook your while.
• Add one cup cream or full cream milk and 4 table spoon butter and cook for 2-3 mins.
• Garnish with coriander and serve hot.
