Description:- In this lockdown we wonder what to cook next. Dahi or curd is easily available in everybody's kitchen. curd gives creamy texture to the dishes. Kababs are also liked by everyone and are one of the most selling street food in India. So here is an easy recipe of Dahi Kabab you must try.

Ingredients:- Hang curd, Paneer, White Soft bread, Salt, Capsicum, Carrot, Onion, Green chilies, Coriander, Corn, Green peas, Black pepper, Cooking oil.

Recipe:-
•Hang 1/2 kg curd in a soft cotton cloth to drain out water from curd.
•In a bowl add water drained curd or hung curd , 250gm paneer , chopped veggies like onion, capsicums, green pea, corn, Carrot, Green chilies and mix well.
•Add salt and black pepper as per taste to it and make a fine batter.
•Now moist the bread and fill the mixture and give it a shape.
•Now heat oil in pan and fry them until they turn golden in color and crunchy.
•Serve hot with your favorite sauce or chutney.
