Chole Bhature
Description:- One of the famous dishes of Punjab is chole Bhature. This is a dish loved by all ages of people. Here is an easy recipe to make Chole Bhature at home.

Ingredients:- Chole, White flour(Maida), Everest chole masala, Bay leaves, Salt, turmeric, Jeera, Hing, Tomato, Onion, Garlic, Ginger, Garam masala, Coriander powder, Red chilies powder, Amchur powder, cooking oil.
Recipe:-
•Firstly sow chole for 6-8 hours in water. After 6-8 hours boil them adding water above the surface of cooker ,1 tablespoon salt and 1 teaspoon baking powder in cooker. Boil them until they become soft. After that stain water from them and keep aside.
•Next make a dough of Maida using some sour curd and water and allow it to rest for sometime. For instance making of bhatura's make dough with soda, salt and sugar.
•Now heat oil in kadai add jeera, Hing, fine chopped onion and fry them until golden brown in color. Add tomato puree, turmeric, coriander powder, garam masala, red chili powder and stir for a while. Then add chole masala, bay leaves to it and cook for a while. Then add boiled chole and cook for a while. Add oil in kadai and make Purri out of bhature dough and make crunchy or soft fluffy bhatura's. Serve chole by garnishing them with cream and coriander with bhature, salad, rice , chutney, lassi whatever you like.
