Butter Paneer Masala
Description:- Of all the Paneer dishes Paneer Butter Masala is my all time favorite. So here is an easy recipe to it you must try.

Ingredients:- Butter, Paneer, Malai, Curd, Red chilies powder, Garam masala, Coriander powder, Black pepper powder, powder, Everest royal Paneer masala, Bay leaves, Cloves, Ginger, Garlic , Cashew, Tomato, Onions, Cooking oil, Hing, Jeera.
Recipe:-
• Boil 8-9 cashew and 2 sliced onion for 7-8 mins.
• Then cool them and grind cashew and onion along with a piece of ginger, garlic, cloves and cardamom. Grind them into fine paste and keep them aside.
• Then grind one tomato into tomato puree.
• Heat 3 tablespoon butter in pan add bay leaves, Jeera, Hing to it cook until change in color.
• Then add 2 spoons Red chilies powder and grinded paste and cook gently for 3-4 mins.
• Then add Tomato pure and cook for a while.
• Then add Garam masala, Coriander powder, Black pepper powder, Everest Paneer masala all one teaspoon add mix well.
• Add salt as per taste.
• Then add half cup curd (creamy or hung curd ) and mix well.
• Then add half cup cream add mix well.
• Cook for a while then sprinkle kashuri methi in it and remove from flame.
• In a bowl or serving pan add Paneer pieces and gravy over it and garnish with coriander, grated Paneer and cream .
